[GF-Users] EL10 and x86_64-v2 Request for Comments

Indeed the consensus I'm getting from this and other places seems to be 
option 1 and if there's demand for v2 in the future I can consider 
expanding to option 3.  If I do expand to option 3 at some point it 
would be for all EL10 builds from that point forwards simply because of 
the way my tooling works.
