[GF-Users] postfix-tlspol v1.12.1, released upstream

Hi Peter

v1.12.1 is ready to build

For my test build I used the spec, patch and readme files you packaged with v1.11.0_1. I did not change the macros other than for build number and changelog. Package has been running on Rocky10 and Rocky 9 with no problems.

My only comment is that since you now convert README.md to README with pandoc, that you should change the filename in the .patch to /usr/share/doc/postfix-tlspol/README so that users can find the file.
